The hotel is in a good location central to all like the transportation, shopping and restaurants.
Breakfast was good for all nationalities. Balanced nutrition. Clean eating environment. The staff were courteous and respectful.
It would have been better if the staff were able to speak in English but the phone translator was also good and helped.

Very good value for money, neat, tidy, clean, overall good hotel
Location was great for our needs, never tried breakfast but it looked good, staff were always friendly and accommodating

I had a good stay, thank you to the staff!
The location was very central to Chiba station, which is well connected to the station I wish to get to, as well as to the airport. The vicinity also has quite a lot of food options and grocery stores.
The Western options for food was quite limited but that is really a minor issue. Apart from them, very happy with the coffee served.
